- Please give your arrival time in advance, by phone or email.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
- No hen, stag or similar parties.
- No smoking inside the apartments.
- Each apartment has its parking space in front of the house; the car park is small, so park neatly.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or per apartment?
Per apartment per night. All apartments sleep two. Tourist tax is charged separately, per person.
Can three of us come?
The apartments are set up for two. Apartments 1 and 3 have a sofa bed in the living room; ask about an extra person in your enquiry (€15 per night extra).
Which apartments have air conditioning?
Apartments 1 and 2 upstairs. Apartment 3 and Studio 4 are on the lower floor.
How far is the centre of Bovec?
About 900 metres, a good ten-minute walk. The supermarket and petrol station are five minutes on foot.
Is breakfast included?
No. Every apartment has an equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, and there are cafés and a patisserie in the centre of Bovec.
Is there a surcharge for short stays?
Yes, stays shorter than three nights cost 25% more.
Can we do laundry?
Yes, a washing machine is available for €10 per wash. The apartments have a clothes drying rack.
What can we do when it rains?
The Virje and Boka waterfalls are at their best after rain, Kobarid has its First World War museum, and the Kluže fortress is a few minutes by car.
