The house stands on a quiet edge of Bovec where the meadows begin: above the petrol station, a few steps from the Kanin cable car base station. The centre with its shops, restaurants and outdoor agencies is a good ten-minute walk away, the supermarket five.
There are four apartments in the house, each for two people and each with its own entrance. The two upstairs have a balcony and air conditioning, the two downstairs a terrace and garden. Parking is at the house, Wi-Fi is free, bed linen and towels are included.

A balcony upstairs or a garden below?
All four sleep two, measure 28 to 30 m² and have a kitchen, a shower room and their own entrance. The difference is where you drink your coffee.

The neighbours
Goats, sheep and a donkey nobody sees.
Goats and sheep graze next to the house, and somewhere behind the bushes a donkey makes itself heard. Guests mention them almost as often as the view.

“The apartment’s terrace has a great view on the mountains, perfect for morning coffee. The trail to Virje waterfall starts at 200 meters from the apartment, it takes about an hour to get there, it is a really nice hike.”
